Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service. Some of Bullet’s items are ready to ship and others are ‘custom printed when ordered’. Deliveries can range from between 5-10 days.

RETURNS

At Bullet Tennis®, we stand behind our quality. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unworn item within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less return shipping costs. If your return is a result of our mistake, we will pick up the return shipping cost.

All returned items must be in the original unused, smoke-free condition. We advise using an insured carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS so you can track your package. We will issue a credit to your credit card as soon as we receive the returned item.
For Returns:
1) E-mail us with reason for return to: bullettennis@bulletbrand.com
2) Wait for return authorization number via e-mail
3) Ship your item to address below and include Return Authorization Number.
4) Upon receipt of item, credit card will be credited or item can be exchanged.
